We use the freshest and finest ingredients. If your meal is prepared as described on our menu but just not to your taste we regret we cannot refund your meal. Consuming raw or under-cooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness.
Perry’s is a family friendly establishment.
You must be 21 years old, with a valid ID, to consume alcohol. You must be 21 years old to be on the premises after the kitchen closes. We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Parties of 10 (ten) or more will automatically receive an 18% gratuity added to their bill, and no separate checks will be allowed.
